Abstract
The technological complexity brought by information and communication technologies has immersed contemporary society in a context where these technologies strongly shape people's lives, changing how they communicate and how they reach information. New forms of teaching and, above all, of learning emerged with them, making distance education possible. A key element of this form of education is the virtual learning environment, the software that supports teaching and learning activities. IFRS adopts Moodle as its standard environment, which demands a degree of confidence with computing resources from students. This project therefore set out to build technological fluency among students and teachers at IFRS Campus Rolante so that they can carry out distance education activities. The work has been conducted through in person support offered by the scholarship holder and through training sessions shaped by the demands of each class. Since the project began, the use of Moodle as a teaching and learning resource has grown steadily.
